Y’all, 2017 is flying by… Can you believe the Super Bowl is right around the corner? Nothing says football quite like good ol’ fashion chicken wings, fries, and beer. I’m here to get you prepped and ready for the biggest game of the year. Impress all your friends at your Super Bowl party with these low fat, super easy baked wings! It doesn’t matter who wins the game because these wings take #1.
But really, whether or not you are a football fan, this recipe is a winner. It’s been a staple in my household for a couple months now, so I figured I would share the deliciousness. The recipe requires a few different steps, but I promise, they’re easy and quick. Don’t run away just yet.
The most important part of this recipe, that you cannot skip, is the boiling. This process melts off a good amount of fat that is naturally in chicken wings, making them healthier, crispier, and overall, better. Next, don’t forget to drip dry the wings after boiling. I place a cookie rack on top of tin foil, which catches all the liquid- this makes for an easy, effortless clean up (see below).
Last, but not least, throw these bad boys in the oven! See, not too difficult, right? I’ve listed the detailed, step-by-step instructions below.
Oh, and I really don’t like my food to touch ;)
